winter = grey. black. navy… and more grey. basically, the dark shades of death. you’d be delighted right now if you had goth tendencies.
spring = new life! According to Pantone (the colour-regulating headquarters of the world), next year’s colour is Mimosa or, PANTONE® 14-0848!
and it makes my heart skip a beat! it’s the colour of freshly cut mangos, bright spring folowers, and delicious golden warmth. My gosh it’s like pure sunshine on the eyes. I bought a top this colour last spring and every time i would wear it, someone would not be able to help themselves: “that colour is so cheerful! it really looks great on you!”. I’m quite pale and somewhat interesting but i think it’s quite possibly one of the few PANTONE® ever to be able to suit ALL skin shades. Tan/no tan, it’s the colour of buttercup kisses and warm afternoon sunrays. Good-bye winter blues.
