liberty opens it’s doors to new creative talent

one of my favourite stores, Liberty is inviting members of the public to show off their creative talent by hosting an open design day on april 25.

all budding designers from fashion and furniture, to ceramics and silverware! come show your wears!

you will have the chance to pick the brains of a panel of experts including liberty’s buying team, headed up by ex-bergdorf goodman senior vice president ed burstell, Liberty creative consultant yasmin sewell and renowned fashion journalist sarah mower – all of whom will be casting a constructively critical and nurturing eye over their designs.

the best designs will even have the chance to grace the shelves of the iconic store which, since it opened its doors in 1875, has been synonymous for finding the best of new design talent.
