1000 awesome things: Monsieur Cabinet

It’s been a day of joy for me. first I recieved a lovely postcard from Shoreditch illustrator Mr Bingo, and I found an email from another lovely illustrator who goes by the name of  Monsieur Cabinet!

Does anyone have a real name anymore!? (*raises fists to the sky*)

I really like Monsieur Cabinet’s work. super simple. super clean. and very quirky.
I like how his scans still leave remnants of failed attempts (see the steering wheel & rider’s heads below). it suddenly takes a simple image and transforms it into something quite magical and innocent.
