Lisa Black, like clockwork

These pieces by Lisa Black are all kinds of absolute amazingness. She really takes the original animal and develops it into something more, a post-duck if you will. I saw a video of these, with the clockwork ticking – but i can’t seem to find it.

how would you feel having these works in your house? I think i’d be slightly weirded out. I once had a monkey skull that i smuggled from Peru to the UK, i gave it to my girlfriend – she’s now my ex-girlfriend. I wonder if that had anything to do with it?
