I love birds; those fluttery, flappy fellows of flight. In their natural form they come in a zillion different shapes and colours – pass those variations through the creative prism of man, and BOOM you’ve got a whole flock of wonderously beautifully creations.

Claire Scully graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2006 with an MA in Communication Design. since then she’s been working as freelance illustrator. I think she’s shit hot. Drawing lifelike birds isn’t exactly original, but then neither is most of the work out there. Claire’s brilliance, is in it’s subtlety.
