1. make sure you look intellectual (intellectually superior/shy/pained/”i’m just fricken intellectual, ok?”). wear thick rimmed glasses. have an unflattering outfit or haircut (as long as you have already seen someone fashionable doing it). stand like a dork, front on to the camera. this is known as being “ironic”, because you are not really a dork.
