the appearance of fancy-pantsy head-dresses/head-bands/head-decor have become much more common in recent months. from turbans, to little pill-boxes with netting, to larger-than-life glittering bows, al la katie grand, the new (non-functional) head-wear has come a looong way from the traditional “fascinators” usually reserved for english weddings.
